I am having a problem I bought my computer from MDG but they failed to send me a windows recovery cd is there a way to get this CD without buying one from them

If your still under waranty give them a call they should be able to send you one by mail for free otherwise u may need to just purchase a winXP CD and if u format you hard drive make sure u back up everything that is essential b4 you do it.
