can any one tell me how to burn from mpg to dvd, i know how to burn to cd but the file is to big so i want to put it to dvd thanks

Try DVD Copy 4 Platinum. It has a fully functioning trial version and is very easy to use.

You could also use NeroVision, part of the Nero suite of programs. It also has a free trial version.

TMPGEnc Author is another possibility. The free trial for the newest version doesn't allow saving projects, but the previous version 1.6 did:
