can i copy my original dvds to dvd-r?i have nero 5 or vob software.. can i use this software to do it, or will i need other software &where can i get it..

If the DVD's you want to copy are ones you made yourself then Nero will copy directly 'on the fly'. If you are talking about movie DVD's then you need to get software like DVD shrink or DVDXCopy. I suggest you try DVD Shrink first since it's free and easy to use (from this website). When all the files are downloaded to your pc you then use Nero to drag and drop the files and then burn. DVDXCopy and Copy Xpress does the last bit for you if you've got $80 or so to spend.
