JVC GZ-MG20 Problem

My sister has owned a JVC GZ-MG20 for a couple of months now.When she tries to download Video from Camcorder to PC it starts to download then after about 20seconds the following message pops up.(Cannot Copy File MOVO4A.The Parameter is Incorrect)the download then stops.So far she has not managed to get any video onto her pc.It downloads onto my Laptop okay.I have been everwhere with this problem but can,t find a selution.my sister is totaly fed up.Thanks for any help.MILLREEF
