hi, im sort of new to this modding on gta sa and i am not able to ftp my xbox, is it possible for me to mod gta sa using cds or sumin like that...please help me???

yes you can mod san andreas but the only mod i know of is called "HOT COFFEE"...lol (i suggest not using it, it's part of the reason that san andreas i going to be rated A for Adults)

ok, i herd buot tha 1 aswell lol think il give it a try jus for a laugh, do you now anything about modding it in oter ways such as cars? for some reason my xbox wont ftp any more so i was wondering could i install them via a cd?
