Can't burn Snatch

I first tried to use DVD shrink and got the message

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.

Failed to read file "D:\"

The parameter is incorrect.

I then tried the DVD Fab Voblanker combo. Dvd Fab just give the message

---------------------------
Get DVD information fail. 4096
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------



Both program don't even begin to try and burn it. I'm kinda stumped. Any ideas??

Try DVD Decrypter to rip to your hard drive. You may then need to run thru vobblanker. It's an older movie so decrypter should handle it - wonder why dvdfab can't. DVD Decrypter is a better ripper imho. But you may have a bad press.
You can also trying cleaning off the disc or try another drive.

If all this fails you'll need to exchange it for a new one.
