I know theres a bunch of posts about this i went through like half but my problem is sorta diffrent.

I just want to know why Initial D works on my friends ps2 Slim and not on my ps2 Slim. The versions of the ps2 are diffrent but i dont see why...are the lasers diffrent or something?

Its the only game on my ps2 that freezes right in the intro, yet his plays it fine.

I was just ticked off that his played it and i wanna know for sure if there is anyway i can have it work on mine. And i know its not media cuz we used the same dvd-r on both ps2.(his worked mine didnt >_< )
