Thumbnail Image with Psp Video 9 ????

Hi, I'm trying to change the movie thumbnail picture for
my movie.

Under file info I'm using thumbnail for video I select that, put in the
destination of my movie and press make thumbnail. Then I press apply.

Everything looks like it went ok but when I transfer my movie to the
psp, look at my video file but the picture hasn't changed.

Can someone please help me with this.
