When I use DVDFAB to decrypt I get Green pixelation all throughout the movie anyone else have the same problem? I'm open to a solution, because I'm stumped on this one?

Pixellation can be caused by many diffent things:

1) Media quality
2) Too fast burn speed
3) Too much compression
4) Multi-tasking
5) Paper/sticker labels
6) Fragmented harddrive
7) Dirty laser lens in the drive that shows these issues
8) Burn program

And the list goes on!

What drive is showing this pixellation?

Usually it's the stand alone player. Verify the backup by playing it in your pc using the same DVD-RW drive that burned it,to play it. Look at those areas where they pixellate if those issues were on a stand alone player. That DVD-RW drive should play it,and look near original in quality.

What other programs you using?

HP a1118x-b/athlon 64-3300+/BenQ 1650 BCDC/LG 8163B/Modded Wii/Epson-R300 and Ty Watershields!!!

I'm using DVDFAB 2.9.7.7., vobblanker, shrink, nero6....problem is not on the burned copy....pixelation occurs before processing through vobblanker, when I preview the movie, before processing it!

@everl

I think it was you in the other thread.
If thats what happens you din need to worry about it because before i did preview my movie on shrink and it had some pixelation but then when i backed it up it played perfectly.
Just shrink rthe movie with shrink and build an iso and then use something like virtual clone dvd drive to see if it is alright.
Good luck
