Genesis UMD Launcher...

Ok... So I was browsing the internet for a UMD launcher for my 1.5v psp, so that I could play games such as GTA, etc, whenever I wanted.

While browsing I found an application called the 'Genesis UMB Launcher 2.6 For PSP', so I took a look. As it looked fairly good, and done what I needed it too, I decided to download it. After doing this, I read the readme text file so I could find out what I needed to do to put it on my psp correctly. After reading it, I followed the steps through.

After putting it onto my 2gb memory stick I decided to try it out. I turned the psp on, went over to the games tab, and clicked on the memory stick option. I then selected the Genesis UMD loader from the list and launched the program.

At first it seemed to work fine and the game ran perfectly. Suddenly, it crashed. I thought nothing of it at first but when the psp wouldn't turn off, I suspected that something had gone wrong but then after a few seconds when it did I thought everything was fine. BUT then when I went to turn my psp on after this incident, it wouldn't work! It DOES have battery power but still won't work.

Can anyone PLEASE help me as I now have a broken psp and I don't know what to do.

I don't think Genesis can brick your psp. Trying taking out the battery and the memory card and leave them out for about an hour or 2. Then try the psp and see if it turns on.
