i put the cod in and it said cannot undo restictionany body know what that means

This means your phone is hardlocked. You have tried too many wrong codes. The model allows 5 attempts and I guess you didnt realize that every phone has a unique imei and every IMEI has a specific code.

If you like, I can direct you to someone who offers postal unlocking service.
