i think i got it unlocked but i think i meesed it up is there a way to fix it

What exactly did you do to get it messed up?

the first time i put the code in some thing happen to not know what so dumb me did it again and it says cannot undo

Do you have a prepaid simcard? If yes, then the possibility of your sim is not registered is pretty high.

You will need to activate it.
