Is this possible? If so, is it hard? How long approx should it take for 1 person? Do you need to know C++ to do that? Is it possible to compress ported games so that they have a smaller file size than the real comp game?

If I insult you...don't get offended...my insults are "friendly insults"...I know this sounds stupid (ridiculous) but I am fet up of writing, "no offense" in my posts...

Impossible to do,
Pc games need a PC with MUCH more sophisticated hardware then your average psp
But maybe an ancient dos game MIGHT work :P

You can convert older PC games to the PSP, for example DOOM and Quake have both been done, but newer games wouldn't be possible.

As to how to do it, haven't a clue :)

some of the older games will work but not the newer ones. for the games to work on the psp they have to be scaled down because a psp doesnt have resources as a pc does(duh). So don't look for battlefield on psp unless it is a really scaled down version.
remember the emulator itself takes up resources and then there is the game itself.

Can't they just make a garbage graphiced version of halo pc? (single player campaign and co-op)

P.S. I know there is a multiplayer one map one but which version will it work on and when will it be avaible, is it available now, flawless I mean, if not can I download a buggy version (it isnt risky enough to brick my psp right?)

Email a coder you kno, maybe they will start to write one.
Well if its a homebrew game it might work on 2.01-2.6. However it should work on 1.5. And its highly improbable that a homebrew game bricks your psp.

You would need to learn C++ to decompile the code to get the source code which you'd have to configure to psp specs, although there is no program which will decompile .EXE to there source codes or ese there will be millions of homebrews on psp and even a stable N64 version would already be out.

That why i told him to ask a coder he knows. Its highly improbably anyway. It would have to be a makeshift halo, it couldnt be the original game itself.

Yep but I still think it is stupid, look at all the N64 games ,there 3d with good graphix, but when you see some of the PSP games that are out now, there like more than 400mb and have bad graphix. Compared to a N64 game like Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina, thats around only 30 mb.
