Leadtek winfast TV 2000 XP Deluxe Problem

I have tried to capture TV programs using winfast TV 2000 deluxe, but it only could capture for 5 minutes, then the screen froze and an error message appears, what is wrong with it?

My computer specs:
AMD Athlon XP 2000+
Motherboard: Asrock K7VM2
DDRAM 256MB
Nvidia GeForce4 MX4 440 SE 64MB
30GB 5400rpm
Windows XP

Can anybody help me to solve the probelm?
