What program do i need to use to tarnsfer these files to my hdd. I have a usb 2.0 enclosure to transfer games using winhiip but what program do i use to transfer movies, avi, dvds, pictures, divx movies, etc to the hard drive?

anybody. I mean they have a sms player but no way to get movies onto the hdd. Does anyone know the program i need to use

dunno if it works with USb hdds but ps2pfsexplorer a program thats in beta stage was released along time ago but th people dev'ing it have dissapeared, so has their website. gogle it as there are some sites that have it, its in portugeuse but theres a translation for it.
Be warned it is very buggy and can corrupt your HDD very easily (WINHIIP can repair it).
First create a partition using DMS format tool (ps2) then load upPFS on PC and add your files.

coudl i just create a partition on the hard drive that has a windows formatted part. Or would that delete my ps2 partition. Im still learning what partitions are

nah it has to be a ps2 one if you create one with windows it will erase the hdd.
