Long Read!!!!! Well it would be nice if someone responds soon, i'm working on a school project. I took some video from my kodak camera and it saves it as a .mov so i used quicktime pro to change it to a .avi, everthing going good. Then the new avi file works in windows media player, but i can't import in windows movie maker. I get a message saying: "An interface has too many methods to fire events from," now I did some research and that happens a lot with mpeg2 files, but i didn't find anything about avi files. So the message is related to a missing codec, I guess, but I had no idea on what it could be because media player can play it just fine. So I download gspot and it tells me the avi files i made are missing a cvid codec, but it still renders it. So I look for the cvid codec, its called "cinepak" I get it and install it, but still everything is the same. The vids work, but I am unable to import in movie maker. So please I hope someone can help me ASAP. I wont be on for a while cause I got work but I'll answer any ?'s when i get back.
