Internet Explorer 7 blurry screen after download

i download MS internet explorer 7 last night but now
my screen resolution looks blurry is there any way i
can fix this? my video card is intergrated in motherboard

currently my settings are as follow..

screen resolution
1024 by 768 pixels

color quality
32 bit

please help thanks,..

They have a toll free tech number. It should be in the help section of the tool bar. If I can find it, I'll edit it in. EDIT> Here ya go, 1-866-876-4926. Be very careful if you have to uninstall. It corrupted the windows validation tool and I had to reinstall.
