i am using DVD dycrypter and DVD fab dycrypter and these software will not dycrypt second in command DVD can anyone help?

Welcome to the forum. DVDFAB Decrypter should be able to do that DVD. What errors are you getting. You can also try AnyDVD as it has a fully funtional 21 day free trial
