This is a complicated question for me. It may not be for other members, so I'll give it a shot. I have already converted my xvid files to .vob. I am using Nero Vision so I can create a Main Menu and Title Menues. The problem is the viles are too big and it won't compress it. I have trie going to DVD Shrink and DVD2One and I can't bring up my saved project from Nero Vision. Are there any ideas as to how I can do this. Thanks in advance.

Is DVD Shrink giving an error message? Shrink will only open an iso file or a folder of DVD video files.

Try outputing the project as an ISO file from NeroVision using the Image Recorder option and see if Shrink will open that.

Try the above first, otherwise, why not just put fewer AVIs into the project? Just break the project into more parts if possible.
