Hi all. I purchased the v3i thru ebay from Hong Kong. At the time I also bought a 1 gb flash card for it thinking that my daughter could download approx 450 mp3 songs for it. The phone says only 50 songs are allowed with the i -tunes software already installed even though the phone tells me the flash card has heaps of memory left.

I rang a shop who sells these flash disks and was told that the itunes software installed on the phone only allows 50 songs because Apple did'nt want the v3i competing against their Nano's....

Thus my daughters got a phone with heaps of available memory but can only use a small percent of it because of the itunes software installed on it.

To compound the problem the Motorola Mobile Phone Tools cd that came with the phone doesnt work on my Laptop with XP. I was hoping there maybe some other music software programme on the disk that I could use and somehow delete the itunes off the mobile.

...Anyway any suggestions would be appreciated!
