Castlevania rondo of blood emu on PSP?

My friend wants to know if you can get castlevania rondo of blood for the PC engine super cd-rom/TurboDuo on the PSP via emulator, my question is, how is it done and who the heck even has an iso of this game? I did look around, and came up empty-handed on all counts except for a few vague posts here and there saying that it can be done.

You couldn't possibly do it yourself. Its highly improbable, or people would have started porting games like battlefield 1942 to psp. its just a very hard task given the psp's resources.

Thank you for the responce, I'm sure if I wait around long enough, someone will be crazy enough to figure this one out, untill then I will just have to play with some more crazy homebrew stuff. God I love PSP.
