Holy fuck! How sick is this?! Just played a couple of rounds of Double Upper and a few levels of Megaman Powered up from my PC, and it seems to work great! There is no lag on the games at all.
The only problems I can see are that the list of isos doesn't scroll, so if you have more iso than fit on the screen the ones at the top and bottom get cut off, I couldn't see a few of mine when I loaded it up. Also, using runumd load exec doesn't work as it unmounts the usb connection when it goes from dax to runumd, but using runumd direct works fine, at least it did when I played Double Upper. It would also be cool to be able to exit from a game to the dax menu rather than the system menu, but I cannot fault this at all really, biggest breakthrough for the PSP scene yet!
Alex, you are the absolute reigning god, idol and legend of the PSP scene. We at afterdawn bow down before your prescence. You rock!
Also Joeva, if you get an external HDD this weekend can you post where you got it from, as I goin to the States next week and it'd be cool to try to pick up a cheap HDD there. You are from the USA right? Sorry if I got that wrong and you aren't. Cheers
Also just read the readme again and there is this problem too -
"This folder has the usbhost.prx in it, and the .ini is configured to run the usbhost.prx, When you are not using the usb to play games, change the .ini driver values to null."
So to play games without usb after you have played them with usb, you need to edit or replace daxziso.ini, no doubt thatb will get fixed pretty soon though.
