I am having a problem backing up my DVD movies
I have tryed different media types and used different programs
Nero / Clone DVD / DVD Shrink / DVD Fab nothing seems to work
I have also tryed reinstalling Nero and use different movies

The NEC 3100 is an orphan drive, i.e. no firmware updates.

Last address to be written: 2286111 (508:01.36, 4465MB)

You're burning too close to the outer edge of the disk where problems will eventually occur. Set the target size in your applications to 4300 or 4350 to avoid this.

You really shouldn't have a bunch of other programs open while attempting to burn.

I just saw the media denoted as DVD +R by Nero without any further description.

What brand and speed of media are you using?
