error message when trying to burn when a stranger calls help

I used DVDFAB and Vobblanker then dvdshrink to burn. I keep getting this error message when I try to burn. Anyone have any ides?

Multitasking is a no no, if you aren't multitasking then you'll need to shut down some processes running the background. You have little resources left for burning a DVD.

InCD is Nero's own writing packet software that steps on it's own toes, this needs to be removed with Nero's cleantool.
