PSP emulators?

I've been reading alot about these PSP emulators lately but where do i find them and do they work for my psp 2.6 or just the 1.5 and lower?

Emulators work on any psp 2.6 and under. You can download all Emulators old and new here. http://dl.qj.net/PSP-Emulators/catid/111

Being that you're on 2.6, DON'T upgrade to 2.7.

where do i download the emulator on the PSP? Do i need to make a special file of it like the Music and Photo file? Also where do I save the game I want to play using the emulator on my PSP?

You download the emulators into your /PSP/GAME folder.

Next make a folder in the root of your memory card titled ROMS. Then you put all of your ROMs into that folder. ROMs are games for the emulator.

In order to run homebrew on 2.6 though, you need the UMD of GTA and a program called Eloader. This http://noobz.eu/ will tell you more about the Eloader program.
