I have DVD X-copy Platinum, and everything seems to be working fine with it. It will scan the DVD in the simple mode and then it just disappears from from the screen. On my desktop it obviously prompts for a blank disc to be put into the drive, then it will burn the archive copy. I have found a little information and it seems as though the program cannot use Direct Memory Access. I found that you should change the options for the driver for my DVD+RW drive, but my driver does not have the box to check to use DMA which the info said would be there. I dont know if this makes sense or not. But if anyone has any info that would be awesome. Thank so much, fwcc.
