why bother pre ordering, the console will cost around $1000 dollars, there will be plenty of spares.
Dont believe me about the price? The ps3 will cost 400 pounds. When converted in AUD that is $1000. Do the same thing for the 360 and we get the australian price (with a 50 AUD margin of error).
No console is worth that much money and i think many fan boys or uneducated console buyers will move towards the 360 or the wii.
Sorry sony but you are just not offering enough for what you are charging. Sure there are some good exclusive games but to me they do not compare to what Nintendo and Microsoft showed at E3.
I will watch with interest to see how much the ps3 games will cost over here. As it is 360 games can reach $110 and the ps3 uses blue-ray which is suppost to be more expensive.

However we all know what the important question regarding this console war is, will there be cricket 07 and AFL 07 on the next gen consoles?
