H i there,ive always wanted a psp and my bro needs a new phone.So he was gonna get a contract phone and in the window it convienently said free psp and game when bought with a certain phone.Which was actually the phone my bro wanted.So he pays for the contract each month(hes 19)and has a job while i get a free psp and game.GOOD DEAL OR WHAT?

Sick! Did you get the PSP yet? Outside Carphone warehouse there is a big singn saying get XXX contract phone or whatever and get either a free Ipod Nano or a Tom-Tom, but I figure you'd go in and they blatently won't have any Ipods, and would try to give you some alternate deal of a lame mp3 player or some other junk free gift. In my experience free gifts are normally junk, so to get an ipod or PSP seems to good to be true.
But report back please if you do get the PSP, cos that is a cool deal.

the only thing im worried about if it will be newer firmware which means i might not be able to play downloaded psp iso games.Which i have no clue what to do to play them on the psp anyway.

do the barcode trik. you can tell wht the firmware is by looking at the barcode.

I saw that too but to me its not a good deal as, if you see, you pay for how many months and its like 20 quid or 30 quid per month so really your paying more then you should be

na my bro will use his phone all the time anyway he gets like 500 mins and 200 texts for £25 or something and ill dl all my psp games so ill not have to pay nothing and i can store the iso images on my 320gb hard drive.

dial a phone also do it. www.dialaphone.co.uk btw. There you can get a free xbox 360, psp, ipod or lcd tv. now thats tempting...
