Most of the time using DVD2One v1.1 works like magic. But, sometimes while it's in the middle of processing it stops and my whole computer freezes up. At that point the only thing to do is turn off the computer and start back up. Usually the freeze-up occurs around the middle of the process, but I have also had it happen 98% through. Has anyone else had this problem?
