If you take out your hard drive from your ps2 will everything get deleted off the hard drive including the hd advance program? Also if it does not get deleted from the hard drive and if you put it in a diferent ps2 like a friends ps2 or somthing will the data get deleted at all?

The data is phisically imprinted on the HD, nothing will happen to it unless the data is over written. If the HD is formatted or the data is deleted, you lose the ability to access it without doing some work on it. It is even possible to put it into an external HD enclosure and put data on it from a computer. While it is out of the machine take care not to expose it to magnetic fields or static electricity, which could damage it or the data.
