HDloader to cd?

How do you get HDloader to a cd? i have tried Nero and other programs but can't get it to work. i have the "HDLoader from CD Edition (v3 - v10 compatible)" from http://srlz.altervista.org/software/software.html.
so what do i do?

dunno bout that site but go to http://www.sksapps.com and download the hdloader 0.7c CD iso and burn it to a disc with Nero. You need a modded ps2 or swap discs to use it.
