hi, does n e 1 have a link to see the capabilities and features of magic 3.0 or dvd-9(im not talking about swap magic but magic 3.0 the mod-chip).

let me just start by saying that Magic chips are junk.
I have seen more complains on the Magic V modchip then i cared to read. That goes for the cheap Modbo chips too.
Spend the extra money and get a quality modchip.
DMS4 Pro SE, Matrix Infinity or Crystal Chip V1.1
the DMS4 Pro will play DVD9 Back ups.
The other 2 i am not 100% certain they will but i am 100% certain that if you use a program called Toxic DL Patcher and patch the ISO file before you burn it to a DVD9 that any chip that can play DVD9 originals will play your DVD9 back up.

Toxic DL Patcher is made by the people who make the flash for the DMS4 Pro chip, since it is installed into the ToxicOS you flash the chip with that is why no patching is required to play DVD9 back ups with a DMS4 Pro chip.

All of the above chips also have free flash upgrades that get released 1-2 times a year. This is downloaded, burned to a CD, and played in the PS2. It will update the chip and add new features and fixes.
