Nero 7 PSP Movie Conversion to Hard Drive

With putting movies onto the memory stick for the PSP using Nero 7, can you actually convert them onto the hard drive then tranfer them over to the PSP. I've tried encoding very short things such as trailers with the PSP connected and it worked with the sound in sync perfectly. I know PSP Video 9 and 3GP Converter can encode to the hard drive but the sound is always out of sync on both programs. If anybody does know could you please explain how to do it as Nero 7 has so many different parts to it. Thank You for any help.

Yes choose the output folder as removable drive(x) x= what ever letter it is on your computer. Then have it go in mp_root folder in either the avc or sp folder. But you will probably still need to rename it..
