Ive been checking out the circulars and havent seen much lately, (except the 20 disc for $40 at best buy a few weeks back which i missed!!)
Anyway Ive just recieved my brand new DL burner in the mail today, and want to go ahead and start putting my tv shows on dl discs, (compressed of course). Are there currently any good online deals for some +r dl Verbs?

If the seller is reputable, look around this website and you'll see not many people endorse Ebay for media due to being sold fake/ misbranded media. I know someone (nameless) even tried steering people towards certain Ebay auctions that they themselves were hosting. Not accusing or anything just stating what I know.

Newegg.com sold some fake tys a while back. These weren't listed a taiyo yuden.They were listed as another brand,with the Taiyo yuden code. Huge difference.
Ebay? Same way. Be very cautious of them. Ask creaky about them, LOL There's a seller called silverteck/silvertek? They've got the fake tys at ebay.
Now verbatim? I know cmags makes some of their media,but very slim chance of getting them. Cmag makes them,but they have to use Mitsubishi dye/polycarbonate top/bottome,and their strict quality standards. Even moser bauer makes them,when you see made in India on them.
I've never heard of fake verbatim. They also have their codes listed with generic names. Again,usually genuine-but you can always be cautious.

totally agree Saugmon about fakes, just trying to help.
As for where to buy, that Newegg is a good deal if you can wait for rebates. I wont complain cause my latest set of "parts" from them is giving me about $90 in rebates.

Newegg just had that same deal on verbatim DL media that saugmon gave the link to except the shipping was free. I snatched some up.

Sam's Club has Verb DVD+R DL bundled as 3- 10 pks for 59 bucks plus change. I didn't get them as I only wanted a few.
I was so ugly when I was a kid, my parents used to take me everywhere just so they wouldn't have to kiss me goodbye.

Sam's Club sounds like it is worth a look. There is one near. Is that a sale price or a regular price? Also, how picky is NewEgg.ocm using their rebate more than once?

That's still $2.00 a disc. Too high.

Is OUTRAGEOUS good or bad in your post?
For eveyone else...
What are reasonable prices (on a per disc basis) for Jewel Case and Spindle discs?
I have looked at Nextag, PriceGrabber, and Verbatim and have found that the 10-PK spindle (95166) and the 3-PK Jewel Case (95014) SKUs are the cheapest per disc offerings.

OUTRAGEOUS as in bad. very bad. alot of sellers want $125 for 30 of them, or $30 for 5. see for yourself, type in "verbatim dual layer".
