I just got a virus from a app that I ran on accident. as far as i know, the virus make my accunt on XP Pro that is an admin have all sorts of "the administrator has restricted..." errors. Also the shutdown button on the start menu is gone.

My seccond account doesn't have a problem though

How can i restore the account privlidges?
