No... I've done a lot of research on the Wipeout Browser. That's the one I was thinking about getting b4 I found out about the Fired Up Browser. You have to create all of these diff syscalls and route the Wipeout Browser through your server. Good if you have your own server and website, but it's way too tricky to work with. Too much of a pain just to get on the net. With Fired Up, it's already hacked by someone. All you have to do is launch it through UMDEmu (since it's an ISO, but it's only 10MB.) It loads as the beginning of the game so you kinda hafta wait a min, but once it opens up, you click on "Extras" then "downloads" and then you're on the net, providing you've already set up a wifi connection. But using the Fired Up Browser, it lets you set up your connection. I about crapped my pants when I found out there was a hidden web browser in v1.50. So what does v2.00, 2.01, 2.50 and 2.60 FW have that 1.50 doesn't?
RSS Feeds? Streaming Video? Different Picture formats? Different Audio support? (At3, I think) BiG DEAL! I don't even care about any of that crap! I use UMD Videos (which I only have 2 UMD Videos b/c I didn't buy my PSP for movies. I bought it for games and music) Besides, very rarely do I get on the net with it. But it's nice to have the option! :D
Additionally, once Moonlight comes out with his fully functional at3 player for v1.50, I'm going to convert all of my MP3s to AT3s and cut storage space in half. The only drawback to it right now is the fact that you have to click on each song you want to hear, there is no "next song" option and there is no random or anything else. But it's still tight. In my opinion, v1.50 is the best software of all. I think you all agree here. I mean, if we all had v2.01+ software in here, what the hell would we even talk about?
oh sorry, manhunter22, I didn't thoroughly read your message. I missed the fact that you already have Fired Up. So this message is also intended for the ppl who come across this who don't have the Fired Up Browser.
