i keep trying to back up my dvds but with no sucsess yet ime using dvd decripter and pinnacle instant copy v7 first of all i open dvd decripter then select edit then select all the press decript in decrits in to a file call ed the_office_vts thats name of dvd then i open pinnacle instant copy then click on sourse hard drive then select the office_vts then i prees it to its lets me open file the i press start it starts to burn for sec the comes up with this eroor the sourse is 4.5 gbs the disk has only 1.somthig free space but its an empty disk please please help

You need atleast Gb4.5 free hard disc space since the video files are downloaded to your hard disc first before burning.
