How Can I Add Still Pictures to Timeline When Making A "Movie" with Nero Vision?

I am trying to make my fisrt "movie" using Nero Vision 4 and I have Imported a wedding video to the timeline and would like to add still pictures for a predermined period of time to replace some of the boring/poor reception video as people give their speaches and have the audio continue to play and have a full screen picture pop up of the screen for say like 10 seconds then switch to another picture for say 5-10 seconds.

Can this be done???

My guess is that I should first break the video down to elementary streams using VideoRedo and Import them seperately as to have the video in the center and the wedding audio in the first audio stream timeline directly below it. Now how do I add the still Pictures to the video timeline to replace the boring/poor quality video during the speaches and the determine the amount of time before it changes to the next picture???

Please if anyone has any ideas on how to do this I would like to hear them all!!! Thank You Soooo Much In Advance
