I HAVENT BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH ALL DVD BACK UPS BUT RECENTLY WITH TWO SPECIFIC MOVIES WIZARD OF OZ AND BEAUTY AND THE BEAST XPRESS READ UP TO 99% THEN I GET MESSAGE ERROR READING SECTOR AND MY SYSTEM FREEZES CAN ANYONE HELP

Try uninstalling it completely then re-installing. Also make sure it is set to be compatible with your OS (check in properties under compatibility).
