slim ps2 only reads cd format and not dvd games

My slim ps2 v70006 only reads cd formatted games like ps1 games and blue discs. When dvd games is inserted, the green light indicator for power only last for two seconds and then returns to red. Unlike in blue disc like tekken tag tournament game, it works fine. This problem starts when i tried to adjust the lens voltage. Please help me on how to fix this.....

try canging the laser voltage back to its original place, or if you dont know where that was just have a guess and keep changing it till it works.

Thanx for replying i appreciated it. I guess i already burned the laser before for too much adjustments. Now it doesnt work even how hard i tried. Anyway i bought a new lens and now im back into pieces...thanx again
