Okay hello, well I just bought a PsP 2.01 today. Well I had some games I downloaded from the internet that I wanted to add onto my PsP to play them. Well once I started trying to add them onto the PsP I realized I had no idea how to do it :| So I tried googling it and found these forums and I checked through the FAQ's here and well I wasn't successfull.
Well if there's anyone who can help by giving me a step by step guide on how to do this or help me through this by MSN I'd be very thankful!
Thanks in advance.

If you're talking about ISOs then you can't put them on your 2.1 PSP.
ISOs only work on 1.5 PSPs.

Okay, I'm note sure I know the difference between ISO's and Homebrews. And why is it that you need the real GTA ( And why GTA? )to play downloaded games? Oh, and should I then downgrade my PsP somehow if it allows me to play downloaded games?

You cant downgrade any firmware over 2.00.
Homebrew is homemade games, ISOs are commercial games.
You have to use GTA as GTA has a savegame exploit that allows you to run unsigned code (code that was developed by people other than Sony).

You can't downgrade 2.1 PSPs. ISOs are copies/"backups" of games. GTA was found to have an exploit that allow unsigned code to run.

Yep,
But are you sure what you downloaded was homebrew?
What are the names of the files you downloaded?
And remember that not all homebrew works with GTA.

Okay, now that I've converted my video using that program... how do I put it on the PsP?

Open up PSP Video 9, plug in your PSP and put it in USB Mode, then go to Settings (in the left hand menu of PSP Video 9) and specify your PSP Drive Letter. Then click on Copy (on the left hand menu of PSP Video 9). Select the file(s) you converted and click on the "Copy to PSP" button. It will copy everything to the right place.
To play the videos, just go to Video-->Memory Stick on your PSP and select the video you want to play.

Okay, I tried that. But the PSP Video 9 says that it can't find my PsP, so I tried manually locating it and put it as the H: drive and it still couldn't find it. There was a MP_ROOT folder in my PsP folder so I created that one and the subfolder inside it ( as it told me to in PSP Video 9 ) called 100MNV01. Then I tried manually locating it once again and still nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

You can transfer the files manualy, just go to the folder you installed PSP Video 9. There should be a folder called MP_ROOT there. Copy that to your memory stick and try it now.
