When I start my PS2, it starts up the graphics that come on before the menu (that has "browser" as an option). But instead of giving me the option to go to the browser, the screen just goes black. It does this whether or not a game is in the system. Does anyone know whats going on and how i fix it?

Check the AV leads, and also open up the ps2, and change the bios battery, see if that makes a difference.

turn on your PS2 and press and hold the triangle button right away. this should get you to the browser screen
