As the title states has anybody managed this.

I have just tried using DVD Shrink and DVD decrypter and neither seem to be working for me, anybody any ideas?

Give DVDFab Decrypter a shot, it's free and works like DVD Decrypter in file mode...then continue with DVD Shrink as usual.
