I know that this is not the place to ask this but no one wants to tell me.

How do i get Plugins that i downloaded (legaly) :P

to go onto my Adobe Photoshop?

i put them in the plugins folder but it still doesn't work. then when i went to help it just said who made the plugin...not the one that i want either.

i just chated to Raven and me and him still can't figure this out.

and i don't know what the problem is.

Just something that no one wants to tell me...and i asked in a bunch of different forums what to do but they don't tell me anything.

they just let it sit there for 2 days then it dissapears of the forum!

So What is the problem?
