I don't think we can help.
That model phone from Australia does noe accept any of the codes we know of. Don't know why.
I could give you something to try but you may actually only have 3 tries on that phone and you may want to wait until someone comes up with a solution.
I KNOW that NO ONE ELSE can do it YET.
If you want to try, I can try a new Serial code not yet tried.
