Second Audio Track in Existing DVD..?

Hi.,

I have a 16 DVDs with SPANISH Audio Track. I got the ENGLISH Audio track (in WMA format) from VHS. Now I like to add this ENGLISH audio track into the existing DVD.

One more thing is.. I may have to edit (Streching/Pausing) the VHS audio track because the DVD is edited in different way (On end of each episode VHS has credits, but DVD doesn't have).

Is there is any solution for this issue..! Your help is appreciated..!
