How do you post the Nero burn log

I do not know how to post the Burn error log after I Shrink. How do you do this? Thanks

First find the log located here or here, depending on your version:

Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

or

Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.txt

Find the NeroHistory.txt for your version and then scroll down to the bottom as there may be several logs in the NeroHistory.txt folder.

Each log is separated by one of these, followed by your Nero serial number. Be sure to delete your serial number:

====== *** NeroAPI, History File *** ======
1C82-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

Copy/paste the entire log even though it is quite long.
