Hey everyone i got swap magic and i'm wondering which is better to use the swap magic tool.I tried the tape and tissue method.But i cant reset cause when i reset the cd keeps spinning cause the ps2 thinks the tray is closed.But i'm wondering if ill have the same issue with the swap magic tool.can anyone tell me if the magic tool is better.
Ya, it will work fine. When I began with the ps2, I also did the tape and tissue, method. I am not sure y u cant reset (u only taped the sensor under the tray and put a small piece of tissue in the tray cover sensor, correct?) All tools do the same thing, trick the ps2 into thinking the senors are pressed to allow the swap. If u wanna give the tape and tissue, heres a link with pics showing the locations that u put the tape and tissue.
Hey yep i did that but im just saying with the tape/tissue when u press the reset button i cant switch cds cause it thinks the lid is closed.so when i want to switch cds i would have to use stand by in order for it 2 work.
