ok i bought the Swap Tool Pro, from www.modchip.ca/store/product.php?productid=16289&cat=269&page=1 and when i install the tools it should work, but it doesn't. It came with another peice but because i have i think v12 PS2 slim i have to use that weird metal peice, and when its all inserted and i turn it on to play a game, the cd wont spin when the cover is open. It should because i have to use the boot cd's taht it came with to play games. I need help, any suggestions?

look in http://swapmagic3.com/ for instructions on installing the bits and pieces. One of the part isn't installed properly
