Hello,

I have flashed the firmware to my drive and works grea.

The first game I burned worked fine but now I tried two other games, and about 20min into the burn it says "write error".
I already wasted 4 double layer DVD+R trying to burn these two games.

Im using the BENQ DW1640 writer, with latest firmware, with verbatim "advanced azo" 8x dvd+r discs media id RITEK D01 (and they are very expensive!).

Nothing I do will work, even burning at 1x.
But the first game burned no problems so I dont understand the problem.

Is it possible that certain type of ISO would not burn while another would?

I used CloneCD to burn as it says in the instructions.

The files are IMAGE.000 and IMAGE.DVD
IMAGE.DVD contains only this

LayerBreak=1913760
IMAGE.000

Is there some other program i can burn this with?

Try ripping the original again with DVD decrypter in ISO mode. You can also burn that image with Decrypter or even better, IMG burn. Use the .MDS file when burning, keep the burn speed at 2.4x with those Verbs and you should be fine.
